Actress Avneet Kaur is currently rocking headlines for her big Bollywood debut with Nawazuddin Siddiqui in ‘Tiku Weds Sheru’.
In an interview with the news portal, Avneet Kaur revealed that she faced challenges speaking in English during the initial stages of her career.
The actress shared that she didn’t know English well when she shifted to Mumbai. But gradually, she learned English and also picked up a bit of Marathi in school.
Eloborating further, the actress added that she was a little weak in English. She was from Punjab and was not that fluent in English there, and her confidence was also a bit low.
When asked about the biggest risk she has taken in her life, Avneet added that the biggest risk for her was shifting to Mumbai because she had no idea that her entire family would actually shift here.
The actress further added that her dad even relocated her entire business and everything for her. So, it was the biggest risk for all of them, not knowing what the future held. She was just 7 years old when she moved.
Directed by Sai Kabir Srivastav, the movie is produced by Kangana Ranaut under the banner of Manikarnika Films. The film was released on the OTT platform on June 23.
