Shreeraksha Haveri of K.E. Board’s KNK Girls’ High School, Dharwad, Shreya P. Hosur of Smt. Nirmala Thakkar of English Medium High School, Hubballi, and Anushree Raghavendra Katarki of K.E. Board’s English Medium High School, Malamaddi, Dharwad, topped in the district in the SSCL examination, the results of which were announced on Friday.
With a score of 623 marks out of a total of 625 and they have also secured third rank at the State level. Shreeraksha is the daughter of a farmer from Dharwad, and she has been adopted by Swami Vivekananda Youth Movement for providing further education free of cost.
Four students have scored 622 marks in the SSLC examination and have secured position at the district level and fourth at the state level. They are Goutami Kashinath Panchkashari of Vidyaranya Multipurpose Higher Secondary School, Dharwad; Divya Rajendra Mutalik Desai of Mallasajjan English Medium High School, Dharwad; Shreya Devendra Rapati of Morarji Desai Minority Residential School, Hubballi and Rajeshwari Manjunath Hadapad of Adarsha Vidyalaya (RMSA), Dharwad.
Of them Gouthami Panchakshari is from a poor family. She has lost her father and is supported by her mother.
The third position at the district level has been bagged by Shreya Basavaraj Kuriyavar of Mallasajjan English Medium School, Dharwad, who has secured 621 marks out of 625.
